Chiranjeevi, who decided to merge his prajarajyam party into congress, met his fans and explained how he can be a more powerful leader from now on in congress. Since, he was elected from tirupati on PRP ticket, he wanted to resign for his MLA seat on moral grounds and in return, congress is offering him rajyasabha nominated seat.
But before this, he is supposed to tour kadapa and pulivendula to negate Jagan’s effect in upcoming by-elections. After this, chiranjeevi will be made rajyasabha member and also will be given minsitry of state in union cabinet during its next expansion during April-May.
Some Congress spin doctors believe that Chiranjeevi’s induction into the Union Cabinet “will send out a strong signal to the Kapu community, concentrated in the coastal districts, north Telangana and Rayalaseema regions of Andhra Pradesh.”
Chiranjeevi is expecting ministry of state for Information and Broadcasting where he can work with minsiter Ambika Soni and can bring reforms in hindi and other regional movies along with all TV channels in the country.
