In a surprising move by congress high command, Chiranjeevi might be offered deputy CM post along with one more congress MLA from telangana, who comes from SC category.Congress party is planning to add new ministry posts and go for cabinet expansion in september and one of Reddy community MLAs will be made PCC chief.2 more Prajarajyam MLAs may also get cabinet berths in this expansion.Chiranjeevi hinted in vizag pleanary yesterday that his party is getting closer to congress government so that they can serve people more.
This could be a plot by sonia gandhi to completely close Y.S.Jagan’s chances in future.In a surprising development, Balkonda MLA Eravathri Anil Kumar went to Visakhapatnam to participate in the first pleanary of Praja Rajyam Party on Wednesday.Anil is one of the two MLAs of the PRP in Telangana and after the party president Chiranjeevi declared his support for united Andhra, he has been staying away from the party activities.
Only recently, he spoke on behalf of the party in the assembly on the controversial Babli project issue. On many occasions, he declared that he would continue his fight within the party for separate Telangana. At one point of time, Anil almost moved closer to the Telangana Rashtra Samithi and later, he tried to join the Congress party, too. However, he did not do so fearing he might lose his assembly membership.Chiranjeevi invited Anil recently and discussed about the political developments in the state as well as the in the Telangana region.
To express his gratitude to PRP chief, Anil has went to Visakhapatnam to participate in the first plenary. According to sources close to the MLA, Anil would discuss about the samajika Telangana issue in the pleanary.However Mahesh Reddy who got elected from nirmal on PRP ticket did not attend Party’s pleanary.
