Pawan Kalyan, who is in USA right now, shooting for Theenmaar songs has decided to change his manager(P.A). Bade Ravi used to manage his dates and work till now, but Pawan felt that Ravi took undue advantage of his name.
Pawan has given free hand to Bade Ravi but ever since that, pawan felt that gap between him and his fans has increased and his movies are getting delayed.
Right now, Ravi is managing production work for Theenmaar. Pawan has replaced him with Haneefa. This will be confirmed after Pawan returns from USA this weekend.
